From its premiere performance at the Kennedy Center, this musical has captivated audiences of every age. And why not? Who hasn’t had a day like Alexander’s—a day when everything that happens is “Just not fair!” Of course, your bad day may not have included getting gum in your hair and getting smushed in the carpool and getting dropped from Paul’s first best friend to his third best friend and getting a cavity at the dentist and about a thousand other elementary school agonies, but a bad day is a bad day. Right? Even in Australia. Don’t worry, though. (Spoiler!) Alexander makes it through—with a little help from Mom. Come see this Wonderful, Adorable, Yes Good, Very Good Play. It’s fun!
